Job Satisfaction in Direct Support Professionals: Association with Self-Efficacy and Perspective Taking

This study showed that perspective taking reinforced the association of self-efficacy with job satisfaction in direct support professionals. It is likely that perspective taking improves understanding of other’s as well as gauging one’s own significance to others, which are important elements leading to a sense of satisfaction at work.
