Symptoms of Psychopathology in Adolescent Risky Behaviors: Youth Behaviors Relate to Different Underlying Mental Health Concerns

Adolescent risky and delinquent behaviors may relate to underlying mental health problems. This study explored this relationship in a sample of 51 at-risk adolescents (Mage=16.7). Antisocial features significantly correlated with most (7 of 9) behaviors examined. Other indicators of psychopathology were also related to specific risky and delinquent behaviors.
