The Role of Future Self-Continuity and Temporal Self-Comparison in Motivation and Well-Being in Singapore and the US

Abstract
Two large-scale longitudinal studies, in the USA and Singapore, investigated the link between future self-continuity and temporal self-comparison and the role these factors play in motivation and well-being. In the Singaporean sample, we also examined whether these relations differed for traditional and non-traditional students.
