Abstract
The present study examined the relationship between personality, depressive symptoms, and lifetime marijuana use in undergraduates via multiple regression. Contrary to past studies, conscientiousness was not a significant predictor of marijuana use but was negatively associated with depressive symptoms. Depressive symptoms, agreeableness, and extraversion were significant predictors of marijuana use.
