Abstract
The present study examined whether disgust ratings of traditional apple products would be impacted by texture (puree, sauce, or slices) and temperature (warm or cold) of the apples. Significant effects of texture and temperature as well as a significant interaction were found, implying these factors impact enjoyment of everyday foods.
