Abstract
Our fMRI study on 111 potential managers, performed a ‘four-armed bandit’ task, shows that low-performance group made explorative decisions more “frequently” with higher BAS scores; whereas the high-performance group made explorative decisions more “effectively”, with BAS scores having negative linear association with the activation of the reward-associated network.
