Citizenship Pressure: Implications for Job Dissatisfaction and Turnover

Abstract
We examined job dissatisfaction as a mediator between citizenship pressure and turnover intention, and workplace ostracism as a moderator of the relationship between citizenship pressure and job dissatisfaction. In support of our hypotheses, results showed that job dissatisfaction is a significantly mediator and that workplace ostracism is a significant moderator.
