Confirming a Measure of Adaptive Performance

Abstract
To test the model of individual adaptive performance (IADAPT; Ployhard & Bliese, 2006), a confirmatory factor analysis was performed. Participants are undergraduate students enrolled in a high-fidelity aerospace simulation of a flight control center at a regional university. Analysis revealed support for the proposed model.
