Time Spent Writing a Narrative Is More Indicative of Intrusive Errors Included in Free Recall Than Accuracy of Free Recall
- Robert Hines

Abstract
Participants read a narrative that was either intact, or had aberrations embedded into it. The pattern of times that readers spent writing their recalls of the narrative produced an interaction similar to the number of incorrect intrusions included in their free recall, not of their total recalls of the passage.
