Abstract

Researchers recruited participants from MTurk to investigate the relations among career calling, personality factors, perfectionism, burnout, and workaholism. Analyses indicated career calling was negatively predictive of burnout and not predictive of workaholism, contrary to the researchers hypotheses. Implications for counseling and organizations will be provided.
