Abstract

Sexual incongruence, the misalignment of sexual values and sexual behaviors, is associated with numerous measures of psychological distress and diminished well-being. Because religion has previously been identified as a predictor of sexual incongruence, two empirical studies were conducted to explore the role of religiousness in predicting sexual values and incongruence.
