“Sex Is about Power”: Sexual Initiation Predicting Marital Power in Heterosexual Couples

We present data that analyzes how the combination of patterns of sexual initiation, satisfaction with sexual initiation, and traditional gender beliefs are associated with marital power in early years of marriage. To better understand the associations between our variables, we used an actor-partner interdependence model and control for demographic information.
