Abstract
Thinking about harmonious relations with refugees abstractly (e.g., why is important) vs. concretely (e.g. how it can be achieved) led to intentions of increased help and decreased exclusion toward refugees. Stereotypic beliefs (e.g., warmth) and emotions (e.g., admiration) contributed to the prediction of behavioral intentions.
