The Influence of Eating Expectancy on Bulimia Nervosa: Emotional Dysregulation As a Moderator

Abstract
This study suggested that emotional dysregulation may moderate the influence of eating expectancy on bulimic symptoms within a sample of female college students at risk for eating disorder. Considering both eating expectancies and emotion dysregulation may be beneficial in early intervention for young females at risk for eating problems.
