Integrating Psychological Research Experience into Undergraduate Coursework: Team Projects Increase Collaborative Problem Solving Skills, Knowledge of Methodology, and Comfort with Presenting

We conducted research that provides evidence showing students’ knowledge of research methodology, comfort level and skills in critical thinking, presentation and teamwork improved after taking a mandatory psychology research methods course where students conducted original research in teams.
