Abstract

This study examined relationships between twelve personality traits and grades for Doctor of Physical Therapy students. Multiple regression showed undergraduate GPA, followed by anxiousness/neuroticism (marginally) were the strongest predictors of DPT GPA. Future studies will include clinical rotation and licensing exam performance as criteria, to aid admissions and curriculum decisions.
