Cognitive Flexibility and Eye Gaze Patterns during Interpersonal Decentering Narratives in Relation to Autism Spectrum Disorder

Abstract
We report a significant relationship between cognitive flexibility, using the Wisconsin Card Sorting Task, and autistic tendencies, using the AQ-10. Eye-tracking measures also indicate differences in reading time for written interpersonal decentering narratives based on the degree of inherent social complexity. AQ-10 scores and reading patterns were not significantly related.
