Abstract
We examined teacher and child reports of emotion regulation (ER) and whether school-aged children’s aggressive behavior and/or gender influence discrepancies between these reports. While informant agreement does not depend only on the presence of aggressive behavior, aggressive behavior may influence the magnitude of the discrepancy between these reports of ER.
