Abstract

As expected, within-subject attention bias variability (ABV) is associated with receiving a state anxiety induction, while standard mean bias scores are not. However, task shifting is not impaired in subjects with higher state or trait anxiety. Results support idiographic AB analyses and counters previous directional switching impairments.
