Abstract

Literature points to the positive benefits of mindfulness on sleep, however, the mechanisms are unclear. Mindfulness is a complex experience, recent studies have proposed the importance of studying mindfulness through interactions among subscales. Existing studies have not yet investigated interactions among the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) subscales.
