Abstract

Many personal relationship constructs, such as perceived support and loneliness, are linked to emotional well-being. We examined redundancy among these constructs in predicting emotional well-being. Community-dwelling adults rated important relationships. Most links between relationship constructs and emotional well-being were redundant, although there were a few, small, unique links.
