A Systematic Literature Review and Meta-Analysis of Entrepreneurial Personality: Integrating Psychology and Entrepreneurship

This poster reports a completed systematic literature review and meta-analysis investigating Entrepreneurial Personality (EP) with a final database of 454 sources. We identify the seven most common dimensions used to represent EP; show that EP’s relationships are weak with antecedents; and demonstrate that EP’s relationships are moderate-to-strong with associated outcomes.
