The Impact of Behavioral Treatments on Functional Outcomes in Adolescents with Mild, Moderate, & Severe ASD

The National Survey of Children’s Health was used. Adolescents receiving ABA exhibited significant improvement in the performance of ADLs and school engagement across severity classifications, but not extracurricular engagement. There are several strengths of the present proposal: assesses functional ABA outcomes, includes a national sample, and studies adolescents with ASD.
