Abstract

Job-related burnout negatively affects individuals in many different occupations, causing absenteeism, reduced commitment, and high turnover rates. The present study investigated whether facets of religiosity, including vocational calling, religious coping, religious practice, and job satisfaction predict burnout within the population. Multiple regressions found two significant models for exhaustion and disengagement.
