Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between personality characteristics and Tripartite Model of Work Orientation (Wrzesniewski, McCauley, Rozin & Schwartz, 1997) in a diverse population. Results from statistical analyses demonstrated significant relationships between various personality dimensions and different work orientations.
