Abstract

In 11,542 children 9-10 years old, higher ADHD score was associated with decreased volumes of the caudate and lateral orbitofrontal cortex. Boys as compared to girls showed more significantly diminished GMVs in association with ADHD scores. The sex- shared and specific volumetric correlates are highly heritable (h2 ~ 0.78).
