Abstract
Research shows that mental health professionals are at risk for secondary traumatic stress (STS). The purpose of our study was to investigate peer advocacy factors associated with STS. We found that when peer advocates spent less time on mental health issues in their peer advocacy, they experience more STS.
Stress
