Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the relationship between perceived ADHD diagnosis and psychostimulant usage. There was a significant positive relationship; participants diagnosed with ADHD and who think they have ADHD were significantly more likely to use prescription and illegal psychostimulants than those without ADHD.
