Abstract
Propensity score matching paired 31,945 teachers, from a nationally representative sample, on professional and school characteristics, to examine occupational stress in racially congruent and incongruent settings. White teachers reported less occupational stress in congruent settings, whereas Black and Hispanic teachers reported more occupational stress in congruent settings.
