Shared Correlates of Illness Anxiety and Injury Anxiety

This study examines the structure of a new, brief version of the Illness/Injury Sensitivity Index and finds that purported correlates of illness anxiety pertain to injury anxiety. Findings will be discussed in terms the potential utility of expanding the diagnostic criteria for Illness Anxiety Disorder to include injury anxiety.
