Moderating Influences of Emotional Pretensions and Dogmatic Behaviours on the Relationship between Leadership-Induced Stress and Mental Well-Being

This survey of 253 post-merger organizations’ employees, aimed at understanding the influence of leadership-induced stress (LISI) on mental well-being—as moderated by emotional pretensions and dogmatic behaviours, yielded mitigation, by dogmatic behaviour, of unpleasant LISI—mental health relationship and direct enhancement of mental health by the same moderator.
