Abstract
State-Trait Inventory of Cognitive and Somatic Anxiety (STICSA) scores from a diverse sample of college students (n = 635) were fit to confirmatory and exploratory structural equation models. Results indicated that the STICSA cognitive and somatic subscores are not “pure” reliable measures of latent cognitive and somatic anxiety, respectively.
