Abstract
Two-waves of data from Korean employees supported a moderated serial mediation model explaining effects of empowering leadership on entrepreneurial behavior. Empowering leadership promoted employees’ person-job fit. Increased person-job fit enhanced role breadth self-efficacy of employees with low levels of neuroticism, which in turn resulted in more entrepreneurial behaviors.
