How Much Does Response Rate on Employee Surveys Affect Correlations in Organizational Psychology Research?

Abstract
The relationship of employee survey response rates to correlations between variables in recent organizational psychology research was studied. The relationship was weak, and there was little or no variation in its strength across studies. Response rate is unlikely to have much effect on our theory-driven research.
