Emotion Regulation in Infancy Is Associated with Attachment Classification at 15 Months

Multinomial logistic regressions were utilized to predict attachment with each parent in SSP at 15 months from children’s ER at 7 moths. A clear pattern of results emerged, indicating that children’s ER predicted future attachment classification, but only with mothers and only for certain attachment classifications.
