Investigating the Differences between Education Level and Self-Efficacy

This study investigates the differences between higher and lower education groups and their work related self-efficacy. It hypothesized there to be a significant difference between higher and lower education groups and their work related self-efficacy. Results demonstrate no significance, but interesting discussion of the literature is brought forth and reviewed.
