Abstract

Research on meditation-based interventions has been limited by studies’ under-specification of intervention features. A content analysis of 118 studies of various meditation-based interventions found significant variability and inconsistency in the features reported, and led to a framework of intervention features that can aid in the development of a reporting guideline.
