Effects of Diversity Climate on Cohesion and Well-Being

This paper examines the effects of diversity management practices on team cohesion and emotional exhaustion. The results indicated that diversity management practices affect emotional exhaustion both directly and indirectly through their effects on team cohesion. These results reinforce initiatives to promote effective diversity management practices across the enterprise.
