Abstract
This study is a 3 (anxiety, depression, no mental illness) by 2 (accommodations, no accommodations) experimental design study to investigate perceptions of competence and hireability of job applicants with mental illness who need reasonable accommodations and those who do not. Experience with others with depression and anxiety moderated the relationships.
