The Dual Pathway Model of Prosociality and Creativity: The Roles of Prosocial Impact of Job

Abstract
We propose the dual pathway model of prosociality and creativity such that the positive relationship can be mediated by social exchange while the negative relationship can be mediated by norm conformity. We also suggest prosocial impact of job as the boundary condition that activate or deactivate the norm conformity mechanism.
