Racial/Ethnic Identity Does Not Predict Weather Preparedness or Adherence to Weather Warnings

We examined whether racial/ethnic groups would differ in their degree of severe weather preparedness or propensity to heed warnings. No group differences were found. Consequently, similar approaches to weather preparedness and warnings should apply across racially and ethnically diverse communities.
