Conscientiousness and Psychological Well-Being: The Moderating and Mediating Role of Psychological Detachment from Work

This study investigates the moderating and mediating role of psychological detachment from work in the relationship between conscientiousness and psychological well-being. Results show that there is a curvilinear relationship when detachment serves as a moderator, and a significant difference in wellbeing in those who can detach versus those who cannot.
