Idea Championing, For Whom and How? The Interactive Effects of Leader Characteristics and Idea Championing on Employee Idea Implementation

Abstract
The present study suggests the role of leaders in improving the odds of employee idea implementation via idea championing. In specific, it examines the interactive effects of leader characteristics (i.e. political behavior and status) on the relation between leader idea championing at peer and top management-level and employee idea implementation.
