Abstract
This study aimed to examine the impact of playtime on emotions, emotional intelligence (EQ), and resilience. Results show that play promotes positive emotion, enhances EQ, and builds resilience. Parents agree play can relieve stress and protect psychological well-being, but they prefer children make time for academic study, rather than play.
