Pulling the Race Card: The Power of Doing What You Want to Do

A survey was created and translated into Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch and distributed. This paper reviews the differences of self-determination scores across racial identity in a work organization. Statistical analysis rendered results that demonstrated self-determination scores were significantly different across the racial identities of White/Non-Hispanic, Hispanic/Latino, and Multiracial identities.
