#Armmewith: Analyzing Teacher Resource Needs through Twitter

Abstract
Examining 2,639 tweets from the Twitter campaign #ArmMeWith, we explored teacher-reported resource needs as an element of teacher well-being. The Job Demands-Resources model served as the theoretical framework in our qualitative study. Thematic analysis and frequency analyses revealed physical and organizational resource needs the most prevalent.
