Abstract

Present research reports a finding which indicates that indirect effect of GPA on STEM PhD entry through research self-efficacy is negatively moderated by grit in 106 underrepresented minority students from three cohorts (entry year 2012, 2013, 2014) in the Meyerhoff Scholars Program at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
