Perceptions of Diversity and Identity Formation in University Students

This research examined diversity and identity formation on a university campus. We explored perceptions of ethnic, sexual, racial, gender and socio-economic diversity and the educational, social and psychological benefits associated with a diverse environment. Challenges to identify formation, and active striving for identity clarity, in this population were also explored.
