Abstract
In this longitudinal study, we examine the direct and indirect effects of sleep quality in middle childhood on academic achievement in adolescence, exploring the role of social-emotional well-being in these links. Our study offers insights into the mechanisms by which sleep might predict achievement during a critical developmental transition.
