Abstract

This study investigated whether university students’ knowledge and learning motivation on schizophrenia could be improved through experiential learning of abnormal psychology using Second Life. The results indicated that Second Life users demonstrated improved knowledge and increased motivation. Therefore, including experiential learning activities in teaching abnormal psychology is of importance.
